Now, tens of thousands of people can return to civilian life. Refugees from the Rukban camp are awaiting the same opportunity. The Syrian government is ready to provide jobs and houses for them.

Yana Haddur, Head of Syria’s National Reconciliation Committee: "We're fully ready to resolve the status of all temporarily displaced persons after they return from the Rukban camp to further ensure their decent life in their native places. All citizens have the opportunity to obtain identity papers under a simplified procedure, to find a job, and have the right to a safe and decent life in Syria".
