President of Ukraine signed a scandalous law on the reintegration of Donbass. In fact, Poroshenko gets the right to use the army without the consent of the Parliament. This can aggravate the situation significantly.
Poroshenko has already announced that he is waiting in the near future for an offer from the Defense Ministry to change the format of the military operation in the region. He also plans to appoint the commander of the security forces' joint headquarters. The new law doesn't even mention the Minsk agreements after the amendments.
In addition, the DPR intelligence reported that Ukrainian security forces have already moved tanks and heavy artillery to the demarcation line. That's how the republics perceive this.
Denis Pushilin, plenipotentiary of the DNR: "The so-called "Law on Reintegration" signed by the President of Ukraine is nothing but a belated attempt to legitimize a violation of domestic laws of Ukraine, the Constitution of Ukraine and, maybe, international conventions on human rights. It is probably an attempt to legitimize violence against the inhabitants of the republics. This is an attempt to avoid responsibility. But sooner or later, Kiev should be held responsible for the nearly 4 years, during which Ukraine imposed every possible blockade — economic, energy, and communication blockade which we are talking about today. These actions will save neither the President of Ukraine nor Turchynov, from responsibility for the crimes, genocide against the people of Donbass and violation of the law".
