These machines take off so quickly that it reminds you of a missile launch. The Su-34 fighter-bomber is the trusty steed of the Russian Aerospace Forces group in Syria.

A pilot: "It's the best of all the aircraft which are currently in service".

It's this machine that delivers guided bombs, which are considered a precision weapon. The experts of the enterprise which assembles these aircraft and plane captains study all the design projects at the Khmeimim Air Base.

Harsh conditions in Syria tested the improved combat materiel.

An upgraded legendary MiG-29 has been being broken in, in Syria since early autumn. More than 140 combat flights have been conducted over this time.

Experts call the Russian air force the muscle of the military operation in Syria, thanks to which the country can live in peace again.
